An engineering studio for digital systems
MIMARU is a digital studio. We implement ERP, build enterprise SaaS, automate processes with AI, and handle websites and design. We work with manufacturing and trading companies where digital systems are part of day-to-day operations, not window dressing.
We don’t sell “digital transformation”. We work through processes, measure the impact, and build and support systems people use every day.
How we work
We don’t write code until we understand the process. Audit and architecture are a separate stage — fixed price, defined deliverable.
Every stage ends with a working system, not a report. Continuing is your decision, not an obligation.
The repository, the documentation and the infrastructure belong to you. No lock-in to the studio.
Before we start, we record baseline metrics; after launch, we compare. Decisions on what to build next come from the numbers.
Where we work
Based in Baku, with a distributed team. We work remotely with companies in Azerbaijan, the CIS and Europe: calls, a demo every two weeks, messaging and documentation in whichever tools suit you. For the audit and the launch we come on site.
