ERP implementation for manufacturing and trading companies
We bring order to accounting, purchasing, inventory and production. Odoo or 1C, integration with the systems you already run, rollout area by area — without pausing the business.

Process
Timelines are a guide for a mid-sized company — we fix exact dates after the audit.
We pin down processes, data and the criteria for a successful project.
Target design, platform choice, a prototype of the core area.
Inventory and purchasing first, then production and finance. A demo every two weeks.
Parallel accounting, final adjustments, handover to support.

Questions
Odoo or 1C — which should we choose?
It depends on your processes, your team and the cost of ownership. During the audit we run both options against your own scenarios and give you a comparison costed over 3 years.
Will we have to stop work during the switch?
No. We bring the system up one area at a time, and the old tools keep running in parallel until the data is fully reconciled.
What does implementation cost?
We fix the price of the first stage after the audit. After that, stage by stage — each one ends with something that works, and whether to continue is your decision.
What happens to our historical data?
Master data and balances move across in full, transaction history for an agreed period — with control checks along the way.
